3 STEPS PROCESS
(note this is just one example as we tailor each programme according to your size, needs, budget etc.):

1/ Business review (business strategy and current HR situation) 2/ Recommended HR strategy and tailored implementation plan


Firstly we will find out:

  • What does the business want to achieve?
  • What are the Principal/Directors’ vision, mission and values?

To achieve the business strategy, does the business have:

  • The right structure (organisation chart)
  • The right people in the right roles
  • The right culture
  • The right management culture (way the business and the people in the business are managed)
  • The right HR systems, procedures and strategies in terms of:
    • Documented policies and procedures/employment contracts
    • Induction and retention strategies
    • Recruitment (sourcing and selection) strategies
    • Performance Management
    • Training
    • Communication/Information sharing
    • Remuneration and benefits
    • Career plans/Succession planning/Transmission of business plan?

TIME INVESTMENT: 3 to 5 days including one-on-one interviews (Initial Principal/ Directors’ interview followed by all staff or a sample), staff psychometric testing (all or a sample), group meetings + in-house and office-based consultancy time to assess various documentation provided.


Analysis of the gap between the current situation and the ideal required to achieve the business strategy.

DELIVERY: Report outlining the recommendations (action-plan format) and implementation plan.

3/ Implementation support and follow-up

This is a fundamental aspect of our service offering as the implementation phase is generally the time when things fall apart due to a lack of time and/or resources.

Following the first 2 week’s investment (parts 1/ and 2/), our service includes a tailored implementation support and follow-up plan that can be anything from 3 days a week to 1 day a month. We would be acting as your ‘in-house’ interim resource for the time that it takes for positive change to happen; typically 1 day a week for the first month, then 1 day a month for the following 3 months or until we feel you can handle it without us.

Finally, we offer a 6-weekly or quarterly audit for the next 12 months to ensure you remain focused and on track.
