Your partner - Florence Caruette

Combining almost 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Business Consulting both in Australia and overseas with an impressive list of qualifications, Florence has specialised in the Real Estate and Property industry over the recent years and has developed a sound knowledge of it. Of the industry, Florence says enthusiastically, “I fell in love with it and the people within it”.

She has helped a range of clients throughout Australia, from large groups such as McGrath, Ray White, First National and Richardson & Wrench to boutique agencies and family-operated businesses.

The key to Florence’s success lies in her ability to closely support and mentor her clients throughout their journey to become better managers of their people and their business. She expresses a firm desire to not only help her clients on a professional level, but also encourage them to “enjoy the ride” in the process. In fact it is virtually impossible not to be swept up in her enthusiasm and passion.

In her personal life, Florence enjoys her daily practice of yoga and running, providing the balance she needs for her love of good food and wine. A French native, Florence has called Australia home for the past 7 years. After travelling to about 50 countries worldwide, she decided Australia was indeed the best country in the world to live in! Be careful before asking her why, as you may not be able to stop her...
